Title: FSO: Operation Husky - Weather and Wind

I didn't put it in the objectives but will mail out to the CiCs later today with it.

I am putting a wind layer up around 26K to keep the fighting below that and also I am seeing if can get some scattered clouds lower down in the mix for friday.
