Title: Interactive Video games that responds to players moods

This seems to be Microsoft's answer to the Wii.  The second video located halfway down in the article shows a demonstration of the 'Natal project', which has an IA character interacting with a live person.  I don't know if this will ever make it to market anytime soon, but it is quite impressive how well the AI responds.

just needs to be ported to the PC where its possibilities are limitless.

But if MS tries to force people to buy the xbox to get this thing just like sony pushed the blueray it will utterly suck.

awesome gadget if it works as advertised though. I can imagine playing some mmo's and even as a bomber gunner in AH with this tech ;)

I'd like to see fighting games, and perhaps shooters (maybe... how would it have you hold the gun? Maybe some plastic chinks that come with the game for reference?) Maybe swordfighting? I can;t see this being used too much for large-scale games or ones where the character would actually have to turn around, like shooters or more than 2-man multiplayer. It has potential, but I'm going to need to have my mind thoroughly blown before I'm convinced this can do more than casual games.

This is probably just the begining, I bet this will go just like the Wii and it will be better.

God do I love E3 :)
