Interesting pic of a 19 squadron Spitfire I. Spitfire the History says N3200 was delivered to 19 squadron in April 1940 and failed to return from an operation on May 27, 1940. Must have been lost covering the Dunkirk evacuation.

Any chance of finding out who the pilot was and what became of him?

Pilot was Squadron Leader G.D.Stephenson. Shot down over Dunkirk during operation Dynamo 26th May 1940. Was captured and sent to Colditz.
Here's a pic of German soldiers examining the wreck.
