Those aren't torpedos.  They are SAPP RATOs, or more appropriately PATOs.  See the thrusters on the back?

We have to put name tags on the torpedoes like that so Mensa knows which ones are his, otherwise he just keeps taking torpedoes that belong to other people.

saw Shuffler flyin bish a few nights ago...
plane was leaning to one side ....kinda looked like a water heater under the left wing.
just kept goin round in circles...
