I was trolling around on youtube and found a video created by some fellow that takes the video from the movie Dambusters, and syncs it with audio from Star Wars IV. I thought it was share-worthy, and wanted to share.

Another video by the same author takes audio from "The Battle of Britain" and adds it to video from Star Wars VI. A little slower for my tastes, but that could just be that I have seen Star Wars VI enough to wear out one of my video tapes. I was also able to get a dig in at Hollywood's taste for historical inaccuracy (Spitfires? Seeing the most action? Come on!).

Well, when you make the movie with actual warbirds instead of computer generated cartoons, you go with what you have. There were at the time (and still are) far more airworthy Spits of all marks than Hurris.

That's good stuff.
