AND if you have an Nvidia card the software has a location that allows you to select the setting for when a specific program is run!
Make sure you set that to Vertical Synchronization to always on!
WARNING! you could run into problems with other programs and you monitor if you set your vid card to V-Sync always on so it's better if you use the program selection tool!

I use this program.
I have an Nvidea card (8500 GT), I haven't changed anything to suit my card though, I just ran with the default job.
Good results, not one problem.
I recommend it.
