Sometimes a quick peek mid afternoon if I have a hot topic going.

10 days, 4 hours and 31 minutes

Probably about half that on our squadron message board.

More in the winter (nothing else to do up here in Fargo ND)

I'm not so sure about that. Having worked on one for several years most commercial web-sites stop recording you as an active user after about 15 minutes of inactivity.
