The multiple rocket launcher BM-13 ("Boyevaya Machina") was developed by Russian engineers in the spring of 1941 at the request of the Red Army. It was usually mounted on the ZIS 151 truck. The vehicle, popularly known as the "Katiusha" or the "Stalinorgel" was equipped with 16 132 mm M-13 rockets with a range of 8.5 km. During World War II, Russia produced at least 10,000 of these BM-13 multiple rocket launchers. It was first used in combat on 14th July 1941 at Orcha. The psychological effect it produced on German military morale was devastating. The Red Army also used the "Stalinorgel" in the later defence of besieged Leningrad and in the counter-offensive at Stalingrad. In the later phases of World War II the troops who liberated Prague and Warsaw in support of the tank units, were equipped with the BM-13. A further 44 regiments took part in the final battle to take Berlin.

Check it out. I was thinking that the GV might be a perk GV and cool one to atack towns and bases

If it was added, there would be no need to perk it as it would be extremely vulnerable to any type of fire from aircraft or tanks. Think the fragility of the jeep, except not nearly as hard to hit (not that the jeeps are particularly hard to hit, which should also tell you something).

that and the fact that i rarely see anyone usuing the 251 as mobile arty to shell towns even with GV supps. most of the time i see them hitting strats getting "practice" for the time they do hit towns. Its hard to use (the 45deg setting anyway) but once you do learn it, its fun as hell so id vote +1 to anything that fires rkts hell even a callipolie (SP) would be interesting.
