I started flyin today, according to the stats I had 2 kills that didn't kill towards rank. I've been flying a Ki84 all day in fighter mode killin fighters. I took a break, checked my stats and I had 12 kills that didn't count towards my rank. Hmmmm, didn't think too much of it but I double checked my settings and all was right. Break time again and now I have 23 kills that don't count towards my rank. It seems none of my kills count anymore. Anyone else have this issue or can explain why my kills aren't counting?
Thanks

And your ingame name is ?
nervermind, found it.
You are SKRider, and the score page does show only 2 kills (out of 306 total) not counting towards rank.
I don't see a problem ;)

You are correct, it seems to be back to 2 now. Hmmmm. All is good I suppose.

sometimes the rank/score thing does some odd stuff for short periods of time.. like yesterday my fighter k/d shot from 3.3 to .25 ... then I checked it again and it was back up..
oddness.

Make sure you are flying in the correct mode. i.e. fighter vs. attack.

I'm not looking at the score to see if "I'm better than everybody else." I'm new to this game, just started a few months ago. I look at the score, or actually the statistics, to see if I'm improving. I look to see what aircraft I'm having the most problems against. My style of play does not make for a good score, I always go to where I see the biggest red bar. I usually come into the fight at a disadvantage in E and numbers.
Trust me, my stats suck and I know that. What's important to me is that they are better than last months stats (atm they are not  ). I'm not here to tell you "look at me, I have over 300 kills" because I would also be saying to you "look at me, I've died over 200 times." Not really that impressive. For the record, so far this month I seem to be sliding. And I need to start working on becoming a more rounded player, I need more practice in bombers and vehicles and I really need to get to the training arena and have someone show me how to dive bomb. Right now I'm doing good if I can hit the ground with an egg (before my plane does).

And if your not getting better ,you going to quit?Your most likely not have a problem with any bird ,but certain sticks,a good stick can fly any bird well.Their was a time when on line flight Sim's had no score,i wonder how i new i was doing better? When they started with this scoring the game play started changing because people wanted to have more lives then deaths. But regardless I'm not going to change the new mentality that has found its way in to flight Sim's.If your going to look at one thing look at hit % ,the good sticks always have a better hit value.Point 2 and 3 not so good point 4 getting better,And then the best of the best have crazy hit % ,like 8 and 10.And if you really want to get beater get in to the training arena with a trainer,if you havent yet.But no matter what its your $$$ as long as your having fun then thats the trick.

@SPKmes; I have that tool, I usually update it at the end of each tour. i watch the site in the mean time.
@ Sunka; It's a tool, if it's there I'm going to use it, does that make me a bad person. If you don't want to use it so be it but it doesn't make others wrong for utilizing it. And it doesn't make you a score monger if you do. As I stated, I'm not really looking at the score, I pay attention to the stats, that's where the real info is. Anyone can go on milk runs for score. As far as hit percentage I don't put much stock in that. I lob little short burst out at 600 to 800 (small guns only, save the canons for the sure shots) to get thier attention. I actually get pings more often than you would think but more importantly it gets them yankin and bankin slowing them down. I've gotten several kills that way. My hit % is hovering between 5 and 6 because of that. Sure I could hold out and get my % up to 8 or so but I've had pretty good success with this method of thinking. Everybody has their style.
