FIRST thing download PingPlotterFree (http://www.pingplotter.com/freeware.html) and run a plot to the AcesHigh servers.

Early, Mid, Late War Orange Main Arena Server Address: 206.16.60.39
Axis vs Allies, Training, Dueling, Late War Blue: 206.16.60.41
Special Events: 206.16.60.38

Make sure to post a pic of it here of the PingPlot.  (in P.P. click Edit and then copy as an image.  Upload it to a site like imageshack.us if you don't have your own webhosting)

Also go check out the thread just a few down called Known Warper, Pt 2 (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,263936.0.html) and reading.

Then check out the thread any hope for chronic discoer (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,263937.0.html) and check out my post in the thread (2nd one) on helping clean out garbage on your system that might be making you warpy.

Once you got the pic. of your plot up we'll see if it's connection or system related.

That is a start.  Maybe skuzzy can trace back to you and see if you got any packet loss on the return trip.

BUT I would refrence you to the link I posted above (2nd thread. chronic discoer) about cleaning up y'er system.  Probably, just like the original poster in that thread, you have a ton o' garbage in the background causing you to warp.

Try to trim down your services and running processes.

I'm curious, when you hit ctrl/alt/delete and go into the Task Manager, how man processes do you have listed there?  (also, with nothing else running, how much CPU Usage are you showing?  the %)

WOW!

Sitting at idle, with nothing running but the Task Manager, your CPU processes should be 0-3%.

I run a very "clean" system and have 17-18 ish Processess running.

The very first thing you need to do is start getting rid of all the junk running on your system.
