I'm pretty shure this has been asked before, so here it goes: how do you post screenshots?

Upload your screenshot to Photobucket, and when you grab the link once uploaded, copy and paste it here and put img tags around it. The easiest way is to grab the link with img tags already provided for you.

When you reply or post a message, there is additional options to the bottom left. Click it, and attach your image through this forum.
