The guys over at "Target for Tonight" said something along the same lines about the tech being a measure, counter-measure give and take, and doing it in a sim being problamatical because players already know the weaknesses.

I don't know what the solution is if we stay within the bounds of what was.

Even with that player knowledge, the only way I see to do it is as close to real as possible.

I imagine modelling all the electronic gadgets and their interaction with one another would be the hard part...
