Alright, new rig is running smooth but I'm still unable to get my AAFP pattern correct.
I have a Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe MB and apparently either my AAFP wiring are labeled wrong or I'm just reading it wrong.
The manual is here:

Page 54, Front Panel Audio Connector (10-1 pin AAFP )
My Problem is that i don't know where to plug them in because the labeling from the manual are completely different to the labels on my pins. Anyone know where i need to plug em in?
thanks!
Ps: T.D, Couldn't call them unfortunately.

IF you call ASUS they will at no charge tell you what goes where. Or you can call your Case Maker and they can tell you also.

Hrmm that's like me telling a customer he needs a starter.. and instead of paying me to do it.. he takes the car home and tries to do it himself...
Then he takes pictures of his mess and asks me what goes where?
Doesn't seem quite right, does it? hahaha

USB headset/mic.
Problem solved :aok

Not an ideal answer Von.
Not unless you have CPU cycles to burn.

Works for me on all three desktops and both laptops.......
My AH2 PC doesn't even have a sound card in it right now, just the USB headset/mic. I have the "good" sound card in the rig I use for mixing down my music.
Seemed like a quick fix to me since, IIRC he has been building this rig, since one of his former squaddie shipped him a bare bones setup.

I'm good to go gents. :salute
Thanks for the tip Von, I might just have to scoop one up for reassurance :).
