Title: Strategic Air Command
Post by: TheAce on June 30, 2009, 11:37:41 AM: Strategic Air Command is a newly formed squad which specializes in bombing. Our main frames are the B17, B24, and the Lancaster. We bomb anywhere from 10,000 to 30,000ft depending on the target, etc. Our escort sqd is the 4th Fighter group lead by geek15.

TRAINING

Every recruit WILL receive training wheather they're novice or pro (lesson's will vary on player's experience), and will learn basic and advanced formations as well as basic dogfighting maneuvers. I do not care how old you are, I just ask that you to take this seriously. We only fly training missions (don't worry its not boring) to keep our skills in top-shape and to educate all the "newbies". This will be done on Saturday 3:00pm CENTRAL, which is our annual training session. These exercises last between 30 minutes to an hour.

SQUAD MEETS/ TIMES

Our squadron meetings/nights will take place on Mondays, and Thursdays at 6:00pm CENTRAL. Our mandatory training sessions take place on Saturday at 3:00pm CENTRAL. These sqd times will change due to my ever changing schedule, but I will keep them updated as best I can. Once our webpage is finished I will post the URL here, I will also post personal stats and achievements of every person in the sqd on our webpage.

We're looking for serious bomber pilots who are mature, and can fly under a somewhat dictatorship environment. If your interested in joining please reply to this forum, so I can PM you back. We should have a working website soon. Our sqd vox is 123, we share this vox with our escort sqd, the 4th Fighter Group.
