I just love the endless diversity this game provides. Here's a few examples just over this past week or two:
Flying a Spit XVI after killing a Jug I run across a Ju-87 mission I sweep in killing three Stukas with five 190 escorts hot on my tail. I pull into a climb but at least one is closing. I start to spiral climb and he has to break off. Then I'm dipping in and out of the 190's plotting my escape when a few friends arrive and I'm able to climb out and rtb.
I up a T-34/85 to defend a vb. About as soon as I up the fight ends so I go park in the trees off base facing the maproom. Finally about an hour later an M3 shows up. Auto ack kills him and I get a proxie. A little later a Wirble comes but another friendly gets him. I go out half way to the spawn and find a hiding spot. I wait and wait then I see the VH is down at the enemy field. I've already been sitting in this tank for about 2 hours with one measly kill so I head to the enemy base determined to get another kill. I get there just as we are trying to take it. I park at the end of the runway popping uppers. I land at our newly taken base with eight kills.
Last night I join the only mission I've joined in months. Heavy Jugs to flatten a field. I take the only goon. The jugs totally destroy the field and the town and I fly in unmolested for the capture. I know it doesn't sound like much but it was fun nonetheless.
I wait for that base to come back up then up a IL2 to kill the GV's trying to take the field back but friendlies have already killed them all so I press on to an enemy VB I just saw flashing. I get there to find two friendlies coming from the spawn and two Panzers half way out to intercept. I smoke one and kill the other then get the kill when one of the tanks finishes off the Panzer I smoked. Another comes out and I get another clean kill. A Wirble ups but never has range on me. I kill yet another Panzer, the final kill shot coming with only four cannon rounds remaining. Finally out of ammo I beging to rtb but by this time our tanks are almost on the field. As I'm rtbing I see enemy darbar in the sector. No doubt a Panzer driver seeking revenge. I land and log for the night.

Glad you had fun, last couple of days for me have been more fun that the past few months.

2 hours in one tank?? Forget that, i cant last 5 min without killing anything!! lol Kudos to you!! :rock
