That would be the American Reising Model 50 submachinegun, which was used by the Marines with mixed results. It seems it was a bit too complicated for harsh environments.

I had one of the Model 60 semi-auto ones, a NICE shooter, real accurate, say one inch at 50 yards, not to bad for a pistol cal carbine.
