Title: Jet/rocket engine sprites

A wish for jet engines to have (unshaded, i.e. glowing) flames visible from the exhaust end when pushing them near full power.   Would also be a wish for the 163 to have some rocket exhaust plume, but apparently only (purple-tinted) smoke was visible.
