those of you using vista, don;t need any additional software to take screenshots?
there's a utility called "snipping tool". it;s crazy easy to use too :aok

Press Printscreen, open MSPaint or any Image editing software that allows pasting and paste into a "New image". It will paste an image of whatever was visible on the screen at the time of pressing "Print Screen". This works on anything, just remember it pastes an image of everything visible on the monitor, no window borders restrict it without cropping.

Had never heard of that button combination, Good to know. I have time so cropping is fine by me, but useful to know. Had to Google it just to know what it did! :)

At least in Windows7 printscreen can't print anything that's rendered by direct3d. Probably due to DRM restrictions cuz teh MPAA folks don't want us copying their precious movies screenshot by screenshot.. :rock
