No idea, this one is at least 3 years old now. I *think* it was around the $2 - $300 mark or so.

Nice to see the faces I flew with over Africa in DOB :salute
-
Are they all from Sweden? :x
-
The 190s are Flugwerke new build 190s with a Russian built engine in them. I think the only original 190 piece in them is the tail wheel. Beautiful birds though.

the engine in that 190 was awful, never heard such a rotten plane engine, very noisy and backfiring like a biatch.

Thanks for the pics, guys! Excellent. :aok

Trev still got a face like a slapped butt though !!

Thrila is going into the Royal Navy? He can say goodbye to all that hair. The Navy will want him to be low drag, high speed from head to toe.
(Original post had it as joining the RAF. Sorry. No offense to the RAF.)

Looks like an A-9. It's got the Gruppe Badge of III/JG11.
I'm pretty sure it's a Flugwerke reproduction.

By all means offend the RAF, they wouldn't bloody take me! :D
I think my favourite aircraft were the piper cubs, they were a treat to watch.
<-- also got massively sunburnt
-
Great job w/ the pics thanks!
Man those P51s sure are showoffs, the light always seems just right whenever they get in frame. :)
-
The Brits don't have sunscreen because they don't have enough sunny days to need it. Sorry couldn't help myself. Beautiful shots gentlemen.
-
Fantastic pics,,, TY
Just adds additional flavor seeing them against the english countryside.
-
yer the weather was forecast to be warm but overcast and showers,
i took a waterproof coat. turned out to be sunny most of the day. when i left my house to go to the airshow it was belting down with rain so didnt even give the suncream a think lol. was a spot on day though.

Amazing pictures Gwurzel :aok :aok
I think the Korean war prop cv bomber is a douglas skyraider. It looks almost like a 50's jet with a prop. Those and the seafury and I think f8 showed another generation of prop planes after ww2.
I wish I wasnt scowling like that in the group photo but Bruv's girlfirend wasnt used to the camera and I am an inpatient git :lol
Anyway it was great to meet everyone.
Ive bought some pedals now and am defintely going to fly the Tiger moth next year Gwurzwel :x

Excellent Yarbles, its a must do (trust me on this one).
Tex, if you want to see more pics, there is a link at the bottom of page one to those shots that didnt make it onto here.
