This looks like a P1Y Ginga. That's based upon the large carb inlet on top, and the oil cooler inlet on bottom. Many of the Japanese twins looked very much like the above aircraft head-on.

Nakajima J1N1 Irving?

I think you're right grifo. Sure looks like the Irving to me.

The Irving is a low-wing design. This aircraft is a mid-wing design. I still think that it's a Ginga.

Milky Way , yes I think so to, the windscreen kind of threw me and the tail looks a little short, but I do think it is the Milky Way .
I would love to have this plane in AH.

Well I was going to be really awkward and claim this as a moral victory, but I suppoose I'll have to give it to Widewing.
According to my book it is in actual fact a "Kyokko". Which was the night fighter version of the "Ginka" (Widewing does my book have a spelling error and they really mean "Ginja" as you say)?
Anyway thats a "Francis" to us mortals (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif) and would make a fantastic addition to our planeset.

Several versions of the P1Y were manufactured, and these included the P1Y1-S and P1Y2-S night fighters. Kyokko was the name assigned by the Japanese to the P1Y2-S. Nakajima built night fighter versions going to the IJN were designated as the P1Y1-S Byakko (white light). With so many differing names applied to the same basic aircraft, it is no wonder that there is some confusion. As far as I can determine, the name Ginga is correct for the bomber versions, although both the P1Y1-S and P1Y2-S retained their ability to carry internal stores for use as a night intruder. All versions were code-named "Francis".
My regards,
Widewing
