Even a one pack per day habit would be just a bit beyond my means.

"Bank of America tells WMUR-TV only the card issuer, Visa, could answer questions. Visa, in turn, referred questions to the bank."
Isn't that just par for the course with these dickweeds...

Even better is that they didn't think it was fraudulent. I don't know about BoA but my debit has a $3,000 a day limit. :x

Obviously, the NH government had put a new tax on cigarettes.

That's just nuts......they're taxing tobacco products like crazy.....tobacco distributor told me day before yesterday that a new tax about to take effect will be on the order of $1 per ounce....so a pouch of Red Man will be over $8.
Thank the Lord for nicotine patches......I'm grouchy as heck, but I'm kicking this habit. No sense in helping the Fed gov pay for all the programs they keep coming up with to "fix" the economy.......shoulda never started back up smoking, but that's another story.

Oh thats funny. I wish I could of seen his face :lol

What is even funnier than all of this together is that back took it as a non fraudulent charge and let it go through but look at what happens in the reverse. If you spend money that was put into your account on error you just committed a crime. :rofl
