Title: Great fun tonite. Need to make this a regular deal I think

Some very good fights tonite with lots of good folks in there shooting at me and letting me shoot at them.

It would be worth coming back for.

Yep, it was fun and wouldn't mind if this was a weekly thing.  Managed to get home early enough to take part and managed to find a couple of good 1v1 fights.  Didn't know that fuel burn rate was 1x, was flying around almost all night with 100% fuel.

It was good fun tonight  :aok. Next time I'll try to stay away from that damned chair so I can get a few more hours of flying in<g>

actually its been a weekly thing for awhile but everyone trash talked it. I'm glad everyone had a good time and ill be doing it on a weekly basis. at one point i saw 46 people in there. I'll be moving it to thursdays so that i dont interfere with larry's weekly missions.

I'd like to thank everyone that showed and i hope everyone had a good time. I know we did!!

I don't think the planeset really matters much. Get a balanced setup and the fights will be good.

ok guys, heres the plan. larry is only going to run 1 or 2 more wednesday night missions. we can have our free for all after that.

after larry is done, the wednesday night open challenges will continue. i will try to incorporate missions into it and we are working on a rolling war scenario that might work into things also. stay tuned for more fun!

If you ever manage to get a bomber squad in, I'd enjoy flying escort.  It doesn't get much better than pretending your flying to Berlin :)

Hey Vudak, if you want someone to fly buffs so you can do escort I think I can talk a couple of my squad mates into doing it (we're not that good at it but we still try). Sounds like a hell of a lot of fun.

Oh it definitely is.  Even in the MA, if you take your bombers in about 15k, we'll all have plenty of action to keep everyone on their toes and interested!

Ah, Larry in his P-17s.  He has that trick down pat; you're doing a high side pass on him, he turns at the last moment and suddenly you're directly behind his formation and you can hear his gunners laughing. 

Very upsetting.
