Title: Clipboard Help Notes

Can we please have a way to disable this annoying pop-up?
Or at least increase the delay time for when it appears?
They are especially annoying when you have the clipboard shrunk very small.  More often than not, by the time you're confident that you're hovering over the option you want to click, the help note pops up and prevents you from making your selection.

I forgot they even existed. Although my clipboard is nearly half of my screen since all I use it for is the map, hangar selection, and spawn choice.
