Wow, the obituary was about to run out of room for "Great".
:salute Allingham. Amazing he even survived those planes. At the time I believe they weren't allowed to carry chutes because those in charge thought they would jump out rather than fight. (Assuming he flew).
just think, lived during 3 centuries. Amazing!
