great fights in the midwar last night pangea. all clean fights, its a refreshing example of how things could be. thanks for the fights! to bad id died miserably hehehe.

It's a fact that lots of people don't like arenas where you actually have to fly the aeroplanes onto the enemy's tail - and stay there - in order to get a kill.

based on the amount of time youve been on the boards, ill take it havent been around all that long, so ill give you the benefit of the doubt.
the Early only has 10 or 15 people in it a night. the midwar had somewhere between 35 and 50 people in it every night. although like the blue and orange arena's, the banter can get bad at times. some of the best fights are in the midwar and the AVA. the guys that fight in the midwar, though i dont always like their tactic, are some of the best people around.
in a nutshell, if you dont make fun of my sandbox, i wont make fun of yours. have a great weekend and if you want to get into a REAL fight, come see us in the midwar! :)

personally i think you should bring your talent to the MA and tear it up.
its your sand box. not mine. if i want 1v1 action i go to the DA or tt island and can almost always find a small fight there.
as for your take on how much time i have spent on the BBs, that's just retarded ! this form is a glorified ch 200 where your either in the (been around club) or having plutonium under your name makes you cool enough to claim your logic is all that matters....

Seems to me the effort spent on those 2 arenas would be better spent on smoother running MAs and higher caps but hey....what do i know,

Please explain what the "effort" is that is expended on the EW and MW arenas that takes away from the uber-leet LW arenas.

Dude! He is ELITE! He's been flying since Tour 74 and everyone knows that if you put your tour date in your signature, it's the mark of the Experten. I would tread carefully around froger, he's a killer.

Because they ventured into the MW once and got their arses handed to them. To sooth the sore their sore butt, they start to claim that MW is under populated, no fights, etc. and that's why they don't venture in. Because, we all know in reality they need the comfort of the hord and a late war ride to help compensate for their lack of skill.

and BTW.,,,,,i too, have flown against pangea. he is an excellent pile-it. he always fights clean, and seems to be able to do incredible things in most aircraft i've seen him fly.
ya know? the few times i've flown lw, i have either been caught in a badguy horde, or been in the goodguy horde......that being said, you're probably right.

You want honesty froger, no I havn't been to the midwar. My squad dosn't go to the MW, so I don't. I know what kind of fights are in there. Lots of good people go in there, just to get a good fight out of people. It's another form of the DA were the sticks in the MW, are not like the sticks in the Furball DA, which is kind of outlandish. You have been trolling from the start froger, and that's why people are getting mad at you. This is not a glorified 200, becasue we don't have stupid rants in here saying that I would smack some one in two turns. Most people are respectful as they can be in here.
Put yourself in the other guy's shoes for a minute before you say anything else, becasue this is just gonna get worse for you. It went from making fun of the MW, to making fun of Cptn1ima, Then tring to make fun of Ack Ack and so on.

ok...then here it is from a mw regular.
in mw, fights can always be found at 5k and below. on rare occasion, they're up above 10k. there are very few hotards in here. mmost in here will simply out-fly you for their victory, rather than ho or bnz.
there's generally fun low alt furballs. there's base taking, and base defending. the majority of the 200 banter is friendly.
in lw(the few times i've been there) at 10k, i'm well below the majority of the fights. i've gotten into many vs one or two(me being one of the two), and had the guy ho me(and they're usually vets, not noobs).
the fights all seem to be up really high. when they're not, it's usually a horde taking a base. the 200 banter there seems to be more malicious than anything.
if you don't like mw and ew, then stay out. if you wanna have some fun, then c'mon in, and leave the lw attitude back in lw. you may find you like it in here.
if you don't want to, then stay where ya are, but don't go tellin us that we shouldn't have these arenas.

Wasn't looking for a medal ... you asked the question ... "do you actually fly at all?" ... and I simply answered that I have been playing the game since 2002 ... so yeah ... I do fly and have been continuously flying since 2002.
My question isn't mute ... you made a statement and I want to know what "effort" put forth on EW and MW would be better served on the LW arenas or was that simply a troll to incite the type of responses that you are getting ?
Just because you have never seen me in the game doesn't make my question any less valid.

i was in or/bl last night flying 109f4s on the deck and running gvs in some great battles. you think it is not important for ma guys to have acm and actually fly the plane. I prefer planes like p40s and the older 109s and B model ponys.
I may just look ya up in there some time but really....your opinion any more valid than mine or anyone else s

no, my opinion is only about as vlid as anyone elses here......i interpreted your post to be saying that the mw and ew arenas shoudl be eliminated. that's why i got the way i did.
actually, i DO think it is important to learn and use acm. i fly a p38 almost exclusively. it's not like flying a spit, hurri, zeek, or other light tight turners. i found that out the hard way. it is sooo much more fun, and feels so much more rewarding when i manage to get a kill in the 38.
to some, the 38 is a very easy plane to fight in. to some(like me) it is one of the most difficult. i love it!
i normallyh don't ho, although i will when seriously outnumbered, pw'd. or the other guy does it more than once and pisses me off.
i don't pick, unless a friendly asks for help. even then, more often than not, i'll fly through the fight, and try to only make the bogie break off, giving the friendly some breathing room. if not, then i pick him.
i do what i can to maneuver my plane to my advantage, and to try to make you maneuver yours to my advantage too. i'm not very good at it yet, but i try.
more often than not, i'm a big target trying his best to get skinny, hoping the guy behind me makes a mistake, as i really suck at shaking someone off my six. either way, as long as there's a fight involved, i have a blast.
go into mw and ask anyone that really fights with or against me.
i dont think i've fought a p40 in my 38 yet. most of the 109's give me fits. once in awhile, i can get inside them, but not often yet.

Really I do think EW and MW should be combined just to make the EW guys actually have to fight someone once in a while. Of course I can also see why the MW guys wouldn't want the EW base grabbers.

Then...um...let me think...yes, I vote to get rid of the LW arenas. HTC can use the resources devoted to maintaining those arenas to develop new early war planes and maps with airfields that are closer together.
