Sorry but that isn't braille.braille is written in blocks of up to 6 dots with a max of 3 on each side, this will explain it better.

Ok but why is there also a braile menu at the McDonalds drive thru? It says "For a braile menu please drive around"?! :O Holy crapski! Blind people are driving?!
