that belly intake looks "51-ish" from this angle but isn't, and no 51 ever had any spinner mounted cannon.

ill post some data on this one:
Rogozarski IK-3 (in fact IK-Z) was the first yugoslav modern fighter. 12 where built and they were pretty successful in their short combat career in 1941, claiming 11 victories before surviving ac were destroyed to prevent germans from getting them.
