Title: Nose Art

I have a peice of nose art that I want to upload into AH in the 64X64 256BMP, but I am having some trouble.  The art is a jpeg now and it I use paint to convert it to the 256bpm it looks like heck.  Any ideas...I have gimp2 but cant seem to figure out how to save in the 256 format.

Hows this look? Its still a jpeg, but its 64x62 256 colors.
