Not the American Douglas B-18 Bolo, but the Swedish Saab B 18!

Saab S 18A - A reconnaissance conversion of the B 18A, seen here with an AN/APS-4 radar pod mounted under the nose.

There were two bomber versions; 62 B 18A with 1065hp STWC-3(license-built P&W R-1830 Twin Wasp) radials, and 119 B 18B with 1475hp DB 605B inlines.

Saab B 18A

Saab B 18B in a Swedish Musuem. The large cannon to the left appears to be a 57mm Bofors gun as fitted to the T 18B.

Now, what would you do with one? hunt non-existant subs in neutral area?

Btw. That looks almost exactly like Dornier 217...
Add top turret, modify the bottom to fit gunner... and there we go.
