Title: new patch, everything works fine

Ive just downloaded the patch everything seems fine at mo, looks very pretty, a bit bright perhaps but heyho...

Just wanted to double check something tho: when id downloaded it and tried to log in I had to resubscribe my account. Is this sposed to happen?  Dont wanna find Im paying for two accounts now....

No that should not happen and it sounds like you probably have subscribed a different account.  Are you using Vista?

i cant get in either, argh!

i uninstalled and redownloaded game. lost cookies somewhere.

sez it's resending my password but it's not showing up in my email.

on Vista here.

Ive just retried my original account and its been deleted apparently.  So i take it I wont have duplicate accounts?

Jing, send us an email at billing@hitechcreations.com with the account info on both accounts and we'll square away the problem.

KG, some email providers will take a long time to deliver those password emails.  Also make sure that you haven't pointed us at some old email address that you don't use anymore.  If you don't get it tonight, give us a shout tomorrow.
