Title: can't get game to run online HELP

ok so new patch installed,  game runs in offline mode but after 7 attempts to get online it just won't do it.  everytime i click to go online the clipboard changes to the point when the arena's should be showing but they don't appear.  the mouse locks up and when i go to task manager is shows Aces High not responding. 


any ideas???

never once had this happen before since AH1 days.

Your firewall is blocking AH from accessing the net.  You need to go into your firewall and add AH to the list of programs allowed through the firewall.

oh yeah forgot to mention i'm using XP.  :)

Pyro i did that after attempt 1  and it was already on the list.  so just for giggles i deleted it and re-added it.still with no online access.

so here was the fix for me to get arena's to show up.
 
  i had changed the default resolution to what i normally use (1600x1200).  i set it back to what the game had as default, logged in and arena's appeared.  then i logged out, changed it ti what i like, 1600x1200 and logged back in and arena's appeared.  so i think all is ok so far.  time to get in game and see how it runs.fingers crossed!!
