How do I change them from a .rar file to a .wav file. I tried to listen to them but my laptop dosent have a program to open them.

they  are wav files just zipped with rar google rar its a free trial i believe also most zip programs will unzipp it then copy paste folders into your "custom" sound folder

Yea you can Download WinRAR for free.  A must if you'll be getting sounds, movies, etc...

TB is probably one of the most underutilized community members. TB shows great commitment and passion for bringing the game alive through his sounds. TB's 109 sounds are the best there is, he has added a new dimension for my game play and I can't thank him enough for his tireless efforts.

How can you download it for free? On my 40 day trial I got all the sounds and gunsights I wanted, but that was a long time ago. Now everytime I try to get anything the little "Must Buy Online/How to Buy" box pops up.
