Title: same thing here with the new patch

downloaded twice and installed, but something isnt seeing that its already installed and tells me i need to download again
  the game is in the default place.
im now DL and saving the fill so i  wont have to wait 12 hrs to get it again
whats wrong with this patch as the other  ones i had no problem with?

Start the game, patch #1, and then let the game prompt you to upgrade. From there follow the upgrade path.

The current release is "Version 2.14 Patch 2".  It is shown in the upper left corner of the opening screen for the game.

If your computer has Vista on it, you still must right-click on the Aces High startup ICON, then select "Run as administrator" in order for the patches to be installed.

*** WARNING:  DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING IF THE GAME IS INSTALLED IN THE "Program Files" FOLDER ***

Alternately, if the game is not installed in the "Program Files" folder, you can right-click on the Aces High startup ICON, select "Properties", then press the "Advanced" button and check the "Run as adminstrator" option.  This will cause Vista/Windows 7 to prompt you each time you start the game, but the game will be able to update itself without any more problems.

i dont have Vista, the game is in the program files, ver 2.14 patch 1.

the start up screen is different now.

the file i downloaded last night says File Version 2.14.0.0   is this the right one?

The "run in separate memory space" is checked, but grayed out unchangeable, is that right?

ok im feeling better now,  patch 3 made it all better :-)  im happy again
