Title: Optimum Grapfics Setting

I'm running Window XP, Nivida 8800 GTS, 2 Gig memory, Duo core processor 2.4 ghz, and Sound Card, I would like to know the best settings for my Graphic Card if possible, I can not post my dxdiog since I'm not at that computer right now.
