Which terrain?

Waffle included the Great Barrier Reef in Coralsea, which looks like your second screen shot.  :aok

I can't guess what's happening with the straight lines in the other two shots.

Uterus. I know it's not supposed to be there, it wasn't there before 2.14.3 and it's not there when I turn off Local Water Reflections.

Try updating your video drivers.  I had the same problem with Patch 3, updated my drivers to the latest ATI version (Catalyst 9.7) and the corrupted local reflection graphics went away along with my stutters.

ack-ack

The newest NVIDIA drivers are 190.38 which I'm reluctant to try because people have been having problems with them in the tech forum.

I got that.  I thought it was an enhancement so you can tell how far you are from the water...

I had the exact same problem and updated my drivers as well (ATI), fixed it.  Also make sure that if you're running 1024 textures you have the latest high res pack.

My res pack is only a week old and its doing the same thing. This never happened before the latest patch. I might try the res pack again just to be sure.

I noticed minimizing and getting back to AH brings up the issue, u can get rid of it only by quitting the arena and relogging. Didnt try latest drivers. Best cure:  dont alt + tab

you alt + tabbed didnt you ?
Nope.

Updating drivers didn't solve the issue, either, nor did alt tabbing.

Have you tried redownloading the hi-res pack if you're using it?  What about switching to 512 textures, then back?
