Well whatever this pak38 is... it didn't help uneducated crowds. Can you give more info?  ;)

The Pak 38 was a 5cm anti-armour gun, from, you guessed it, 1938.

It weighed 1000kg, was almost 5 meters long. It could be rotated through 65 degrees, depressed 8 degrees, and elevated  27 degrees.  Maximum effective range was about 9400m.
