Title: Invalid Login or Password

With the new upgrade, I thought I would try the downstairs computer.

Downloaded the game and Hi-Res pack, installed them, unblocked the firewall on the pop up, and got "Invalid Login or Password. 

The upstairs computer still opened up to the online arenas with exactly the same login.

I checked my login.cfg, and manually re-typed it.  No success downstairs.

Windows XP Pro.

Password is case sensitive. Make sure you type it exact.

Tried again.  Still no good.

Ok then..a couple times I've had my credit card expire. The new card wasn't recognized by HTC so I had to call to get it straightened out. It was same number and bank just a new expiration date.

Get a new card lately?

Negative. 

I can go to the upstairs computer and log in right now.  Account and card should be the same.  I am not logging on simultaneous.

It is a wireless connection as opposed to the one upstairs being directly connected to the router.

Call the billing or technical support department. My assumption is that there's a problem somewhere in that region.

I do not think it is a regional thing.  I just played on the upstairs machine without incident. 

I was thinking that the credit card info was not on the downstairs machine.  But I can get past the invalid message to enter my data.

HTC is up to their elbows right now.  This can wait.

I was leaving off the last letter of my login name.

Yes, I feel very stupid for taking several hours to catch this one keystroke fix.

Me 2 w the new pathc I get account deleted, monthly bill just came out a week ago like it has every month for the last 8 years.any ideas? other than wait tillMonday?
