guys try the beta AH, it has positional  sounds, including, plane engine sounds as they taxi or fly by, straffing sounds which
include bullet ric off buildings and ground.

wooooohoooooo HT wtg, they are awsome.

I haven't d/led it, is it kinda like WW2OL(before I dumped it) when you were driving a GV and when a plane flew over you could hear it as it approaced and passed?

Squaddy of mine is running it. Says you can't alt-tab out to do things like start RW and get back in without logging back in. Bug?

i can alt tab out fine, im in Panzer now in AH, and typing this now.

FPS hits? i cant even afford to let go of 5 fps...  :(

Aye, the sounds are shreckin great........but, normal AH gives me 85FPS at 1200xchristknowswhat.  Beta 12 gives me 25FPS at 1024xcantbebotheredtolookitup .

And I keep getting little pauses.

Sounds are great & my FPS went up 4 (averaged), go figure.

No fps hit here.

I did have a serious video stutter that was fixed by updating the SOUND drivers.

95 fps with 1.07
55 fps with beta 12

Both at 1600x1200 32bit

I got so many stutters that I couldn't really make a simi accurate shot.  Love the sounds but it was unplayable for me with the stutters.

Pent 4 1.7
512 RDRAM PC800
GeForce 2 Ultra 64meg (don't have driver number with me)
SB Live (I'll try updating sound drivers tonight)
