Title: Water Issue? (Pixelated)

Is anyone having issues like this with the water? It does not look as good as the first few live patches. Up until the last patch I thought the water was great and was disappointed. Not only that but does anyone think that the water looks more like a pond? What I mean is the waves look more like ripples than waves. Its almost like they are only a foot high?

This photo was taken at about 3-4k.

 I did a quick poll yesterday and today during a few sorties. This issue is not specific to any one terrain or person.

Any thoughts?
