1.  What squadron do you represent?
2.  Update your information on the AHEvents website--I use the email utility there exclusively, so if your information is correct, you get the email like everyone else.
3.  PM me with your email address and I'll send you a copy manually.

I've never had any previous issues with the email, but I updated our Squad information page yesterday evening with our 3rd contact.
