Title: Lock-Ups

For some reason with the new patch my computer has been locking up while playing AH.  Anyone else having this problem?

I am, but only when not running in win98 compatability mode. Do you have a AMD dual processor?

If I run in 98 comp mode, I do not get the lock ups, but I get the stutters when the screen gets busy with cons. If I dont run it, the game runs SMOOOOOOOTH until the inevitable CTD. damned if I do, damned if I dont. (sounds like a good squad motto)

Yes I do have an AMD dual core, however I've already installed the optimizer if that's what you were going to suggest.

I haven't tried comp mode yet though but I'll give it a try, thanks.
