i had to down load new game.... but hav no film editor now??

It would be where it has always been.  Start->Programs->Aces High->Aces High File Viewer

nope skuzzy its not

'start...programs...... aces high.....aces high' is all thats there. when i clic on it i get a window saying "aces high is not being run out of its origional folder. this is normally caused by an incorrect drag from start menu"

Just to be sure, I just wiped out the installation of the game from one computer here and verified the base installation program does install the film editor and the menu option for it.

I would clear out anything you have related to Aces High, then install from the base.  It is the only way Iknow to get things back to normal, as I cannot imagine what has happened to the installation you have.
