Title: Field 47 Blue arena/ Town pops in less than 10 min???

We ran a bomber mission to 47 and leveled the field and town, hangers started to pop as usual at the 15 min mark, however town immediately started popping up as well just at that moment,,,, what gives?  I seen the exact buildings pop up that I took down minutes before the FH started to pop. 

Town not on a 45 min timer no longer or what?  If so, how long does town remain down?
