I think some early war tanks will contribute to the game. Please Vote and reply to my suggestion.[/img]

I wouldn't even go so far as to say it would be great for scenarios. It would be slaughtered by Panzers in any FSO or scenario setup.
A true M4 would be more useful.

Id like a regular M4 with a calliope (think I spelled that right) as an option. Maybe even put a light perk on it.

I'm talking about using Stuarts in the early war arena's and in the special events. FSO, Snap shot and so on. Also people have used m8's against panzer's all the time. I'm also wanting to ask for other early tanks, such as the early panzer tanks of the war which were of a fairly close match later on but right now i would like to have the Stuart. The more variety of tanks, the better special events will be in historical accuracy.

I think the Stuart would be an excellent addition to the Tank line-up. It would have a lot of utility in the SEA. One reason why GV's are so restricted in FSO is simply the fact that we don't have enough basic vehicles to run any sort of historically representative GV battle. If HTC was going to add some more vehicles, the M3 Stuart would be in my top 5.

and think what the CMs could do with:
Kv-1, Crusader III, M-13/40 (or M-14/41), Type-2 Ka-Mi as the other four!

If we can get these early tanks, this will open up historical game play to battle tactics. The Pincer, Scorpion, and so on. And If we have learned anything from history, Quantity wins more over Quality.

Stuart is REALLy efficient way to get 4 guys killed in shortest amount of time :aok

We'll Its Safer Than Being In An M8.

I'm for all kinds of tanks. Any kinda new tank.
As a scout tank the Stuart would do fine and its armor was far better then the M-8s. The M-8 is useful aint it?
We have one on display in front of a city park I pass by daily. Boy that bugger really is small. I wouldn't have wanted to be in one going against German 88s. While they are giving us the Stuart why not a TD as well?
I watch a lot of armored attacks from the air in the game of AH. Sadly very few crews use actual team tank tactics of fire and maneuver. They usually just park their tanks behind cover and start walking in rounds against an opponent at ridiculous ranges. Even when its obviously squad operations they just sit there. Not moving and only shooting. Even with the T-34/85 which is a great maneuver tank.
-
I would like to add the early Sherman to the list along with the Panzer III. We really need some of the early war tanks, sure they can't stand up to the Tigers, Sherman Firefly's, and T34-85s we have now but I would drive them!

Yes to the Stuart. :aok

There is a whole WORLD of EW tanks, just dyin to be in the game...
Pnzr II and III(w37mm), IV(75mm Howitzer), Somua S35, CharB1bis,
Matilda MkII, Cruiser A15, Crusader I II, M3Stuart(Brit Honey)...
BT5 and 7, there are others as well...
KV1 as well, but that and the T34 should, (by rights) be perked MASSIVELY!!!
Because they only showed up at the VERY LAST part of the EW period..
And only in small numbers...
I'm told that EW ends on Dec 7 1941, If thats not so, feel free to correct...
If true, that means we don't have a single TRUE early war tank...
