This is the first MMO that I have played without a ESRB rating, I thought all games made to the public have to have an ESRB rating...???
If there it is what is it? Or what should it be?

The rating system is strictly voluntary, however nearly all video games are submitted for rating due to the fact that many retail stores prohibit the sale of unrated video games.

Aces High would probably be rated very much like Eve Online, which is rated Teen for violence, with the explicit disclaimer "Online Interactions Not Rated by the ESRB".

Its Rated NS for no squeakers. :)
-
Its rated E for Everyone, as nothing turns away squeekers more than a "boring game that is rated E." I mean, look at what happened to the Halo, CoD, and GTA series.

They became successful?

Actually, bad example, as the two series I have played have solid gameplay...okay, how about the recent Megaman Series, like Megaman Zero, or Megaman ZX, two perfectly great sub-series by themselves, yet they didn't have great sales. Why? I don't know, but I choose to blame it on the squeekers.

As stated, they're voluntary so companies will be able to sell games in boxes off of shelves in a store.
Well, guess what? AH doesn't sell in stores. It doesn't need a rating to gain revenue. Why bother if you don't need it?

Most online games will usually have a disclaimer about the ESRB rating not carrying over to online play.
