He has a major reconstruction and artificial joints in one shoulder as well as missing a number of ribs. Letter was issued by the VA hospital.

I wouldnt dare go to Arlington just because this man is a cop there.

They should get him some kind of window sticker.  I wonder how many times he has to waste an hour because of that.
