After I typed enough to make a scroll bar in the posting edite area....Where I am typing now.... the scroll automatically bumps back up 4 lines preventing me from seeing the line I am typing. Each charter I type bumps the bar back up.
Right now my cursor is flashing 4 times in a row (very fast) then pause. over and over.
Any ideas why this is happening.

I think it has something to do with the matrix, but not sure :D

Am I the only one that has ever had this problem with the forum???
-
I get it all the time...I ignore it and just push on. :D

I have never seen that before, and I do make a lot of long posts.

Yeah Skuzzy, regardless of Firefox or I.E. if I do a quote then copy and paste something into a reply post and it gets to the point where I have the scroll bar on the right...for some reason it freaks out. Gets all jittery and you can't just scroll down to the end of the post to continue normally...even happens if I edit that same post.

It's happened to me a few times, but tends to only be the one post. Next one always is OK.

I just logged from my wife's computer and same thing happens.
I guess I will video what is happening and post it.

I am having this problem with IE8 but Firefox seems to work right.

I figured it out the other day...forgot to post it.
In I.E. 8 you have to enable compatibility mode for this site.
I have yet to figure out what version of Firefox had the issue.

I've been having the exact same problem for the last month or so Agent, it's very annoying. I'm not sure what's up with it.

This problem was ongoing and annoying as heck!
I switched to Firefox today to fix a different issue, and it also fixed this problem. I had IE 8, and switching to Firefox eliminated the problem.
I know this is an old post, I just wanted to "end it with an answer" in case anyone else runs into it...
