Title: I need some feedback

i just downloaded the game and everytime i open it, it crashes b4 i c anything. can someone help me?

It could be a bunch of things. Is your computer strong enough to run the game? Does it have 3d video, and a sound card? If your not sure, go to start/run and type in dxdiag and hit enter. Once the report is finished... a couple minutes... click the save info button on the bottom and save a copy to your desktop. Open that saved file, copy and paste the top third of it here on the message boards.

I have everything. AH always worked fine in the past. but somehow since i downloaded the game back it doesnt wana open. keeps crashing

just throwin out suggestions as I had the same problem........... try lowering your screen resolution on your desktop before opening the game the first time........ I couldnt open the new version at all until I did this the fist time...... now everything is back to normal
