How do I make my own custom sounds for AcesHigh II? I got pretty great ideas

And the files must be a certain WAV format.  Mono, 8 bit, 22 kHz, PCM. There's a minimum duration, so you can't make 1:1 gun fire sounds for anything faster than ~650r/min.

Actually 8 bit is min and 16bit is max but at 22khz for both.
