The only thing that i can do is go in the back yard and run around making airplane nose.

I got my flight today... it was short (.4 hrs) but it was a checkride and the student appreciated the brevity.

Hell, in the Tomcat, it took .4 just to finish all the troubleshooting to get out of the line :aok

my checkride took .5........and this was with an examiner that is/was notorious for taking minimum of 1.5 on his checkrides.  :D

Yea, the guy only needed pattern work for this checkride so we went up, flew a couple of patterns, and landed.

i'm not. he ran me through a couple quick things......the weather sucked, the ceilings were low....i think he just wanted his fee personally.

it's ok though......because regardless of my currency, i fly with a cfi every 6 or 7 months anyway.

I dont wana go flying today. Means more dumb arse pilots right out of Annapolis creating more maintenance for me.
